Saturday arrived, bright and sunny, threatening to be a warm one and it didn't disappoint! The course was in good condition and the greens were true and quick and making for some good scoring.
There were 8 of us and the scores ranged from 27 to 35 points. In 3rd was Dave Shoesmith with 34 points, but tied at the top with 35 points was Rob Turner who shot a 1 under par 35 on the front 9 and Colin Terry who shot a 39 on the back 9. So on countback Colin was our winner on the day. Well played all!
Next month, is our 14th anniversary of when it all started and we are back at Dong Nai, the venue for our first game. The price is 2,650,000 vnd including cart but no lunch. We will tee off at 11.30 and the coach will leave Phattys at 9am. Please let me know if you are playing and coming on the coach.
As it is our anniversary it would be nice to have some prizes for the winner and maybe nearest the pin or longest drive, so please let me know if you wish to donate something.
